Some easy ideas that one can follow to have a happier healthier life are-
1. Drink lots of water.. whatever season it be.. summers or winters.. drink water. Especially.. after waking up.. empty stomach have 4 glasses of water (4 times 160ml). If exactly four glasses is not possible drink atleast two or three glasses after few days your capacity to take in will increase.. Its a very old water therapy evolved in Japan. And it has been found to cure various kinds of health problems. My family follows the same and has controlled diabetes, constipation and high blood pressure with the same therapy.
2. Perform postural correction exercises at regular intervals of every 1 or 2 hours.
Exercises that can be done while you are sitting ( in front of the pc or your books) -
Exercises for the neck - Bend your head forwards and give a slight pull with you hand towards the floor. Hold the stretch for tens seconds. Repeat 5 times.
Similarly side bend on either sides giving a mild stretch using the pull form your hand.
This is the stretch for the trapezius muscles. Keep your hand as shown in the picture and then try looking towards your armpit. Give a slight pull with your hand towards the floor and you will feel the stretch at the sides of your neck. Repeat it the same way with the other hand and looking towards right side.
These are the isometric exercises for the neck. Keep your head and shoulders neutral (straight) and place your palm on your forehead. Push your forehead with your palm and an equal force should be there from the forehead to your palm. Note that there is no movement, just muscle contraction. Push your forehead into your palm and with equal force simultaneously push your pal towards your forehead. Hold for ten seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Similarly repeat it the same way at the sides of your head and behind your head. The hand and the head push each other with equal force without any movement.
This is the chin tucking exs. With your shoulders and head in neutral just tuck in your chin and hold this
position for ten seconds and repeat it five times.
